SRM Institute of Science and Technology organized an induction programme for the future medical professionals on 06th September 2018. Apart from the nascent students of the 2018 batch with their parents, the Chancellor of the institution, the President, the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar graced the function. Dr. A. Sundaram, Dean Medical delivered the welcome address.
Hon’ble Chancellor, SRM Group of Instituitions, Dr. T. R. Paarivendhar shared his experiences about the importance of medical professionals in the future. He advised the students to treat every patient they come across in future as a member of their family. Hon`ble President, Dr. P. Sathyanarayan emphasized on the importance of hard work and perseverance. The Vice Chancellor & the Registrar of SRMIST also addressed the students and shared their views on medical advancements globally and explained the medical facilities available at SRM for practical training of the students. Dr. M. Vivek, Dean Dental delivered the vote of thanks.
