Velammal main School, Mogappair campus Uniformed services students went on a one day trip to Dakshinachitra recently. The students saw ancient types of houses of different states and were wonderstruck on seeing the incredible articles and products used by our ancestors. They enjoyed a traditional ride in a bullock cart.

They also witnessed a cultural dance and enjoyed the puppet show depicting ‘Mother’s love’. The experience threw light on our rich heritage and culture of the past which made the day a memorable one.
