Addressing the students, Rev. Fr. P. The reason behind most of the companies going bankrupt is that the companies are unable to cope up with the changes in technology and we see unprecedented changes in technology at a rapid pace. Studies have shown that many find it difficult to cope up with these changes. INSIGHT will help the students to learn, understand and know how one needs to prepare as management students.  The conference also imparts the skills required to meet the rapid changes in the environment and is a learning platform for an institute like ours thereby helping us in preparing the curriculum.”

Since its inception in 2006, INSIGHT has played a vital role in engaging the minds of young managers by reflection on current issues, challenges and opportunities in all spheres of management. This year’s theme is largely focused on the importance of equipping students with the knowledge of technology. With changes, sometimes paradigm shifts, taking place in all areas – economic, social, and technology, the symposium focused on creating awareness and understanding how the industry is coping with these changes.
