Chennai,  November 2018: Le Royal Meridien hosted a cake mixing ceremony on 20th November at 5pm. Christmas cake mixing is a very old tradition started in Europe and America to mark and celebrate a day by inviting all their friends, relatives, neighbours to state that the festive season has begun. It is the day when people bring different items from their harvest, including, Cherries, nuts, berry’s, wines, Rum, brandy etc. and mix together and soak it to bake their Christmas cakes.

Like every other year, Le Royal Meridien hosted a grand cake mixing ceremony to begin this merry season. The famous singers from the Kollywood industry – Aalaap Raju, Naresh Iyer, Rahul Nambiar, as well as Producer Aishwarya and Lucky had joined this joyous ceremony to make this occasion a grand success!
