Praseedha, Std VIII of Velammal Main School, Mogappair Campus secured the 1stplace and bagged the gold medal among 5000 participants in 100 m Breast stroke in swimming (U-14) category organized by 2nd Decathlon State Level Swimming Championship held on 25th November, 2018 at Aquatic complex, Velachery. She achieved this remarkable feat in 1 min. 38 sec. by completing 2 lapses.
