Forum Vijaya Mall is happy to announce the unveiling of a life size Santa Claus made of chocolates, marshmallows, cake and fondant. This is the brainchild of Subhashini Ramsingh, the founder of Fondbites. This is an initiative by Fondbites and Food Consulate in association with Forum Vijaya Mall.

The Santa, weighs almost 150 kgs with 30 kgs of cake, 50 kgs of marshmallows, 25 kgs of fondant and 30 kgs of chocolate. Renowned award winning cake artist Subhashini and her team have spent more than 350 hours to complete this structure. Subhashini is a winner of Cake Masters India 2018 in the top ten cake artists category. Food Consulate is, a premium baking and patisserie academy offering professional programs that is accredited with City & Guilds UK and their professional certified program is valid in over 80 countries.
