Installation Title: “The plastic ocean”

This Art installation is being created to bring out an awareness among people the havoc created by plastic dumped into water bodies like oceans, seas, rivers, lakes and ponds.

The under water life is already in danger and endangered. This installation would definitely serve purpose to educate and inform people not to do so.

The humans too are in danger not only because of water pollution but also the sea food consumed by them is not good, they are taking in plastic swallowed by these aqua species.

The installation is planned to have a whole skeleton of a fish by welding and a transparent body will be raised over this base.
We are all students of Government College of Fine arts, Chennai. Studying Master degree in Sculpture… final year
