Chennai,  Jan 2019: Yoga2Go, a brand new Yoga Studio which instills the pure form of Yoga inaugurated in the city today. Actor G M Sundar, known for his roles in movies like Kadhalum Kadanthu Pogum (2016) and Seethakaathi (2018), inaugurated the studio in the presence of Mrs. Shaarada Sriram, Managing Director, Ideal Play Abacus.

Yoga2Go is located at No. M60/2, 4th Cross Street, Besant Nagar, Chennnai – 90. This New studio offers different styles of yoga forms like Hatha yoga, Power yoga, Vinyasa flow yoga, Therapeutic yoga, Yoga for women wellness, Yoga for children’s wellness, Geriatric yoga, Acro yoga, Aqua yoga, Taylor made yoga program for corporates /sports/dancers, Pranayama, Meditation, etc.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ramanan Viswanathan, Founder & Director, Yoga2Go stated that, “Yoga is purely an Indian origin philosophy and science. We need to understand that it is a wholistic working lab for human wellness. It is a way of life. These aspects of yoga have to be understood clearly and taught and cultured. If we are able to do this, then we will be away from any stress in life and our productivity will be doubled”.

“I believe that it is very important to spread the awareness on the pure form of yoga. And in the due course my aim is to bring back the charm and beauty of the source and make yoga reachable to all people”, he further added.

With over 15 years of experience in yoga & general fitness and a strong academic background from gymnastics coaching, physical education, sports management to yoga, Ramanan had discovered the gift in him at an early age of seven. He was sponsored by the Sports Authority of India (SAI) from the age of ten, after identifying him in the National Sports Talent Contest. During his early years, he developed a passion for gymnastics, participating and bagging medals at various State and National level tournaments.

Ramanan has conducted many yoga classes for several corporate offices, yoga studios, schools and other institutes. He has also held a yoga programme – Competitive Edge – for the Tennis Academy in Chennai. Kosmic Music has launched a VCD on ‘Health and Stress Relief’ featuring Ramanan.
