S.S.Chakravarthy produced “VAALU” Tamil Film behalf of NIC Arts Starred by STR, Hansika and Santhanam. Vaalu filmsatelite rights bagged by Sun TV Network for advance amount of Rs.2 Crores and 75 Lakhs.

Sun Tv issued refund notice to producer the return the advance amount because of delay of Vaalu film release.

So, Producer side decided sale some other Tv Channel to telecast rights.

At the same time Actor and Director Vijaya T Rajendherr bagged distribution rights for all over India to release Vaalu film behalf of Simbu Cine Arts.

Immediately Sun Tv Network again asked the satelight right of Vaalu film for to pay balance amount Rs. 2C rores and 64 Lakhs case filed in High Court against S.S.Chakravarthy’s NIC Arts.

In the time compulsion Cimbu Cine Arts received balance amount Rs. 2 Crores and 64 Lakhs as a loan from Sun Tv Network and gave to NIC Arts for Lab Letter Clearance and film were released. But,now also the case is on pending.

Now Sun Tv Network said again no need satelite rights of Vaalu film they need full ammount should be refund. But, before the release of Vaalu film they filed case in High Court need of Vaalu film satelite rights and how they now ask refund the amount.

Sun Tv Network Vaalu filmassurance  only cimbu cine arts bought loan behalf of Nic Arts to got lab letter clearance and released the film.

Cimbu Cine Arts received loan amount for Vaalu film satelite rights. Idhu Namma Aalu filmrelease before settlement suitution happened.
