Velammal’s boys under 19 Volleyball team achieves roaring success in the volleyball tournament held at Sacred Heart Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Padi on 20th July, 2017. Team Captain Vinayak Moorthy was felicitated by the chief guest Shri Natarajan (Indian Volleyball player) with a cash award of Rs. 5000/- The volleyball team bagged the overall trophy by defeating St. Peter’s School, Royapuram in the final round with a score I set (19-25) II set (22-25) III set (22-25).
