Chennai, 10th August 2017: InterviewDesk was founded in 2017 with vision of building India’s largest community of interviewers under one platform which would ease the companies to hire the desired talents at various levels efficiently and also on time. Pichumani Durairaj Founder & CEO, InterviewDesk holds more than a decade of experience and expertise into recruitment. During his stint he has worked for some of the top fortune product companies like Amazon, KLA – Tencor etc. He started his entrepreneurial journey in the year 2013 and founded HuntnBadge Consulting Pvt Ltd, a Chennai based consulting firm who have been helping some of the most innovative Product Tech Startups and Established Software companies with their hiring needs. It has been more than 4 years in a row and they been successful in placing more than 2000 talents for some of the most amazing companies across globe and still the success story continues. During his journey with HuntnBadge he was able to understand that identifying a potential talent for an opportunity was much easier with various sourced spread across internet but the biggest gap lies in retaining the talent during the course of interviews. There were lots of cases where we lose some of the potential job seekers to some other companies just because of the delay in interviewing. After evaluating lot of solutions, we finally conceived the idea of “Outsourced Interviewing Model”. The entire model of InterviewDesk was proved to be both cost and time effective interms of hiring the desired talent.
Interviewdesk has planned for a grand launch on 10th August 2017. The objective of the event is to create awareness among the HR industry interms of the product and its efficiency in the solving one of the biggest problem in the area of recruitment which is interviewing. The event is expected to bring more than hundred delegates which would be a combination of Industry experts, Tech Evangelists, Subject Matter experts from the HR Industry and Potential Talents on a common platform to showcase our next generation Interviewing Platform.
