#StandStrong – Women’s Horlicks latest digital campaign to encourage women to take up Self-Defense

Every hour, 39 cases of crimes against women are reported in India. Celebrating the unbreakable strength of womanhood, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, Women’s Horlicks with its brand ambassador TaapseePannuunveils its latest campaign to encourage women to invest in their strength to stand strong in every situation.

 

With the cases of violence on rise, self-defense for women, has become a necessity more than ever. With the aim to create conversations and educate women about the importance of self-defense, Women’s Horlicks has partnered with International Ultimate Krav Maga Federation to encourage women to take up self-defense and be better equippedto protect themselves anytime, anywhere.

 

Women’s Horlicks believes that every woman can be better prepared to protect herself and the strength to do so lies within her, in the things she does everyday. The campaign features TaapseePannu, the face of Women’s Horlicks inspiring women to invest in their strength supported by strong bones.

 

TaapseePannu, while commenting on latest #StandStrongcampaign said, “Women are breaking out from boundaries today and while they do that their bodies need to keep up. With the right nutritional support offered by Women’s Horlicks we all can equip our bodies with the physical strength to be able to take care of ourselves. I have always inspired women to take up self-defense which can instill confidence in women to tackle any situation should it arise when one’s own security is being threatened. I think a change always starts with small steps and through the #StandStrong campaign, I urge all women to empower themselves with self-defense for a stronger you.”
