The Board of Directors has today appointed Carl Orstadius as Managing Director of the Company effective April 1, 2018 or from the date of receipt of employment visa whichever is later.

 

Mr. Carl Orstadius, aged 56 years has done Master of Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.  Mr. Orstadius has been associated with SKF Group since 1987 and has held several leading positions in the past with SKF Group. In his current role with Automotive & Aero Business Segment of SKF Group at Gothenburg, Sweden in addition to the Controlling function, he is also in charge of Supply Chain, Investments and Integrated Cost Reductions and in the past three years, he has been the driver behind improvement in the operating margin of the Global Automotive business for SKF.
