UNIVERSITY OF MADRAS EMERGE CHAMPIONS;

University of Madras emerged as the Winner and Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi won the runner-up trophy at All India Inter University Basketball Men’s Tournament. The tournament was organised by Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science, Padur. Around 192 players took part. The top eight teams (Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, University of Madras, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, University of Mumbai, Maharashtra, Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, Panjab University, Chandigarh, Punjab, Jain University, Bangalore, Karnataka, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana) qualified for Khelo India University Games 2022 which will be held in Jain University, Bangalore from 24 April 2022.
