Homepreneur Awards (Suyasakthi Virudhugal) is inviting applications from enterprising women doing home-based business or Freelancers for the award to be conferred in a grand show on 6th August 2017. Actors Suhaasini Maniratnam and Karthi unveiled Homepreneur Awards in a celebrity-studded launch event held today in the city.
A UNIQUE PLATFORM FOR RECOGNIZING WOMEN
Homepreneur Awards, first of its kind in India has been instituted by Brand Avatar (a branding and event management company) to provide a platform to recognize and celebrate the women who have chosen to pursue their passion through entrepreneurship from home. The awards are to be given under various categories and including anything from baking cakes at home, tutoring, freelancing to selling products. HOMEPRENEUR TO ENTREPRENEUR – Mentorship and Investment
As a part of this unique programme, few of the applicants will be selected for investment from an angel investment foundation “NATIVE LEAD FOUNDATION”, who will facilitate the expansion of their business by mentorship and investment. The applicant will be selected based on their feasibility and scalability of their business and the leadership ability.
Mr. Sivarajah Ramanathan, Founding Member of Native Lead Foundation mentioned that as an angel investment partner we will ensure that an opportunity is given to home-based business women in terms of investment and mentorship under relevant industry expertise.
