Chennai, 18th April 2018: TAYSAD is an 40 years old association (Association of Automotive part and Component manufacturing of Turkey) and Crescendo Worldwide, international trade and generating organization, jointly organized and announced the trade mission to India was been held in Chennai today.

On this occasion, Mr.Vishal Jadhav, President, Crescendo Worldwide Pvt Ltd, said the intention at this event is to increase bilateral trade relations between turkey and India. We are inviting 20 Indian OEM’s like Tata, Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Bharat Benz, Sonalika, Preet, CNH, VW etc to explore possibility at working with Turkish suppliers. We are inviting 250 Indian automotive suppliers companies for technology transfer or Joint Venture with Turkish companies. We have invited 13 Turkish companies for “Make in India” for setting up manufacturing facilities in India. It will initiate more technology alliances, business opportunities, joint ventures, also investment strategies in turkey as the country seems to be the gateway to Europe.

Mr.Suheyl Baybali, Executive Officer, Taysad Turkey, said Taysad investment Plan in India with the support of crescendo worldwide, we are setting up “Turkish Industrial park” in pune, Maharashtra where there will be 80 + Turkish companies, setting up manufacturing plants under “Make in India” Crescendo worldwide already initiated 8 joint ventures between Indian & Turkish companies.

Mr.Sehran Ortac, Export Promotion Specialist from Turkey Ministry on addressing the occasion, stated we will have 450 B2B meeting between Indian & Turkish Companies. This is nonprofit government organization already supported Sonalika & Mahindra to setup factory in Turkey. Ashok Leyland is interested to co-operate with Turkish companies for Electric Vehicle development. It is making a step forward by having discussions with Ashok Leyland about possible co-operation for developing Electric Vehicles along with Turkish Automotive suppliers.
