VELAMMAL TRIUMPHS IN VOLLEYBALL

The Volleyball boys team of Velammal Main School, Mogappair campus participated in Dr. Sivanthi Adithanar 68th state Championship Volleyball tournament for boys and won the 1st place by defeating SDAT Khaja Mohideen School with a score of 25 – 16, 25 – 17 and 25 -20 in the finals.More than 50 teams took part in this tournamennt. The tournament was held recently at Thangapazham Agricultural college, Vasudevanallur in Tirunelveli. The winners were given a trophy, medals and certificates.
