CALIPERS TO THE NEEDY BY MUKTI

MUKTI was established in 1986 as a service project of M.S. Dadha Foundation, Chennai  dedicated to helping orthopedically challenged in need of artificial limbs or calipers for their mobility and live normal life.

MUKTI arranged an event titled DISABILITY TO ABILITY at Express Avenue on Sunday, 26th May, 2019 to create an awareness among the general public. Mr. Mahendra Dadha welcomed the gathering and highlighted about LM DADHA Vocational Training Centre  and Mrs. Meena Dadha, Managing Trustee of the Foundation said, MUKTI  provided over 3,00,000 calipers to the needy free of charge.

The Chief Guests  Smt. Letika Saran, IPS, Sri VaradhaKutti, FCA and Sri Ramakrishna, Director DD NEWS handed over the calipers to the needy at the event and appreciated the services of MUKTI and Mrs. Meena Dadha’s hard work greatly.  Mr. Agarchand honoured Smt. Letika Saran, Mr. Sanjay Dugar honoured Mr. Varadhakutti and Dr. Jayesh felicitated Mr. Ramakrishnan with mementos.

Mr. SP Sharma released Mukti’s newsletter, VOICE OF MUKTI and handedover the first copy to Mr. Kailashmull Sagar. The Chief guests honoured the Mukti staff with Awards. Mita Golechha extended the vote of thanks. The event ended with Karaoke. For more info 9841098555 /www.muktiindia.org
