Remya Nambeesan will play a mother of two children (a 10-year-old boy and a six-year-old girl) in one of her upcoming Malayalam movie titled Jilebi. The film which has Jayasurya as protagonist is being directed by debutant director Arun Shekhar.

He promises the film to be a sweet entertainer. “The children have a crucial role in Jilebi. However, it is not children’s film,” the director says, adding: “Both Jayasurya and Remya Nambeesan are great performers.”
