Chennai, Purple Squirrel Eduventures, India’s largest online edu-tech marketplace and knowledge partners for supplementary education organized a unique and exclusive creative leadership initiative “Unleash the innovator in you” at Hotel Bhimaas in Chennai today.
The event saw an overwhelming response from graduates and post-graduates students across numerous colleges. Commencing with a funny take on the current education system by Funny Side Up, a Hyderabad-based group of stand-up comedians, the programme was then followed by a talk on innovation & lateral thinking by N.Ram, CEO, Karmasnap. The theme for the evening was “Discover the innovator in you” and Mr. Ram shared his experience on how to bring lateral thinking in one’s career path through design thinking, humor and music.
The platform helped students interact with India’s promising startups including Shravan Shankar and Ashwin Shankar of The Works – Chennai’s startup and freelance community and also with Rohit Uttamchandani of Social Beat on how they started and grew their business. The session concluded with an interactive dance session by Ramana Balaji of Raack Academy of dance.
