Hon’ble Mayor Ms. Priya Rajan Greater Corporation of Chennai inaugurated the Grand Finale of Rajasthani Olympiad 2023
Chennai, 27th August 2023: Rajasthani Association Tamilnadu was inaugurated on 03-11-1967 by Late Sri.C.N.ANNADURAI, the then Chief Minister of Tamilnadu with a view to promote cordiality, understanding and goodwill among all sections of the people and to uphold justice, social, political and economic condition in the day to day life of the people.
The Rajasthani Community in Tamilnadu is identified totally itself with the people of Tamilnadu and thereby contributing to work in the field of Education, Medical Relief and for upliftment of poor and needy people.
The Grand Finale of the first Rajasthani Olympiad 2023 was organized by the Rajasthani Association Tamil Nadu on 27th August, Sunday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium Periamet ground.
Hon’ble Mayor Greater Corporation of Chennai, Ms. Priya Rajan, Commandant, Border Security Force, Mr. Kuldeep Chowdhary, Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Tamil Nadu and Pondy, Mr. Sunil Mathur, CEO of Tablets (India) Ltd., Mr. R.K.Jhanwar will be accompanied by India’s national cricket team selector and player Mr. Sreedharan Sharath, digital entrepreneur Mrs. India Top Model Mrs. Barkha Shah etc are participated in the Finale.
Flag hoisting, March past, Olympic torch, Oath taking, Aerobics performances, Athletics, track and field games along with various sports competitions will be held. More than 1400 students from around 25 Rajasthani schools, around 50 Rajasthani organizations and Jinendra Jyoti- Differently Abled Children’s participated in this Finale. Prizes will be given to all the winners by the guests.
Mr.Mohanlal Bajaj, President, Rajasthani Association Tamilnadu, said Rajasthani society always considers Tamil Nadu as its workplace. Various Rajasthani organisations and societies are providing their services in every field all over Tamil Nadu, being in the field of education or the health, the Rajasthani‘s are working for the residents with different dimensions of service without any discrimination of religion, language and community. Colleges, schools and hospitals are also run through Rajasthani institutions, scholarship book Bank, club bank, Medibank Food bank running successfully. Our younger generation which is very forefront in the field of education but to connecting with the society efforts were made through sports.
Through Sports, we were able to achieve this objective and today the entire society has arisen and from children to youth and women power is connected to society. This event will strengthen the organisation and activism in the society.

Devraj Achaa, Treasurer CA Gouthamchand Daga, Convenor Dr. Nirmal Nahta, Co-Convenor Ajay Nahar, Joint Secretary Gyanchand Kothari, Co-Chairman Anurag Maheshwari and Many other Members of Rajasthani Association TN Participated in the Grand Finale of Rajasthani Olympiad 2023.
