Vibrant Gujarat Roadshow to be held in Chennai on 2nd November 2023

Hon’ble Minister of Finance, Energy and Petrochemicals Shri Kanubhai Desai will lead the Roadshow

Chennai 31St OCt ,In the run up to the 10th edition of Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit (VGGS), the state government is organizing national and international roadshows to interact with industry & business leaders and to invite them for the upcoming summit in January 2024. After the success of the curtain raiser event in New Delhi, followed by roadshows in Mumbai, Chandigarh, and Japan, the Government of Gujarat is now set to hold a roadshow in Chennai on Thursday, 2nd November 2023.

The roadshow will be led by Shri Kanubhai Desai, Hon’ble Minister of Finance, Energy and Petrochemicals, Government of Gujarat. He will also deliver an address encapsulating 20 years of the success of VGGS, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘Viksit Bharat@2047’ and Gujarat’s readiness for the same under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Bhupendra Patel.

The roadshow aims to highlight Gujarat as a ‘Gateway to the Future’ through the VGGS 2024. This will enable businesses and companies to explore areas of collaboration and cooperation across various sectors of Gujarat and to attract investments in future-ready mega projects such as GIFT City, Dholera SIR and Mandal Becharaji SIR.

Mr. Shankar Vanavarayar, Chairman, CII Tamil Nadu State Council and Executive Director, ABT Industries Ltd. will deliver a welcome address. The gathering will also witness experience sharing about Gujarat by prominent industry captains and screening of AV films on Vibrant Gujarat, Dholera SIR & GIFT City, followed by a presentation on Business Opportunities in Gujarat by Shri Swaroop P., IAS, Commissioner of Land Reforms and Ex-officio Secretary, Revenue Department, Government of Gujarat. The event will conclude with a vote of thanks by CII.
