SRM hosts grand Delhi-6 Food Festival

SRM Hotels at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur has kickstarted ‘Delhi-6 Food Festival’ promising an authentic taste of Delhi food. The buffet, showcasing the flavors of Delhi, is curated by the renowned Chef Dilip Johri from Delhi along with SRMIST’s Executive Chef Ramesh. The ingredients and the groceries are directly brought in from Delhi.

The event will be on till 29 November 2023. The festival invites food lovers to indulge in an exquisite dining experience and the opportunity to savor the rich and diverse tastes of Delhi under one roof.

 

The buffet boasts a lineup of mouthwatering delicacies featuring array of veg and non-veg, delights. Starters include Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Seekh Kebab, Fish Amritsari, Saunfia Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Gobhi, Mix veg Shammi Kabab. Main courses include Chicken Saagwala, Bengal Fish Curry, Mutton Dum Biryani, vegetable Biryani, Zaffrani Paneer Korma, Bhindi Masala, Mix Veg Jalfrezi, Arhar Dal Tadka. The live Chaat counters offer mouthwatering taste of Delhi. For those who love Jalebi, don’t forget to have some of it hot off the counter.

The desserts are too unlimited and have at least 6 options to indulge from.
