Madras Royal Club Hosts Special Screening for Underprivileged Individuals
Chennai, 31st August 2025: The Madras Royal Club, established in 2015, recently organized a special screening of a movie for over 700 individuals from various orphanages, old age homes, and disability support centers in Chennai. This event was a part of the club’s ongoing efforts to provide service and social assistance to the underprivileged sections of society.
The Madras Royal Club has been actively involved in various charitable activities, including providing aid during natural disasters, organizing food donations, eye camps, and cultural programs for the underprivileged, disabled, and elderly. The club has also installed RO water plants and dialysis machines for the poor.
The special screening was made possible through the efforts of the club’s members and collaborators, including Deepchand (Pappu Sa) Luniya, Subhash Ranka of Rajasthan Ratna, Nirmal Marlecha, Anil Singhi, and Sojat Road Pravasi Jain Sangh.
The event was successfully executed under the leadership of Dr. Nirmal Nahta, President of the club, along with Secretary Ratan Katariya, Treasurer Ramesh Darda, Women’s Wing Chairperson and Event Chairperson Poonam Chhajed, Co-Chairperson Santosh Poonmia, Youth Wing Chairman Harsh Babel, and Co-Chairman Khushi Nahta.
