Director Ganesh Chandra has attempted to portray the contemporary youth’s experience of love, breakup, and coping mechanisms in a lively manner, emphasizing that the essence of love remains unchanged across time.
Ajay Dhishan, who plays the lead, impresses with his energetic performance, conveying the pain of heartbreak and his character’s struggles to cope. He navigates various emotions throughout the film, doing justice to his role. R.K. Dhanusha, the lead actress, is charming in her simplicity and matches the hero’s acting chops. She’s impressive in dance sequences and shines in intense scenes, leaving a lasting impact.
R. Pandiarajan, Sunil, Lakshmi Manju, Indumathi Manikandan, Aditya Kathir, Vivek Prasanna, Black Pandi, Bigg Boss Sathya, M.J. Shriram, Radha, Ashwin Ram, Shiyara Sharmi and Priyanka have all done their jobs satisfactorily.

Puthiya Parithi’s Story, Screenplay, and Dialogue tell the pain of love and breakup in a lighthearted way, but ultimately convey the depth of that pain to the audience. The writing resonates with today’s youth, exploring whether the cure for heartbreak is another pain or love itself.
Ganesh Chandra, who has handled Cinematography and Direction, has attempted to tell a story of love and breakup set in the world of modern youth, rather than a traditional love story. His pace keeps the film engaging, and he cleverly explores the various forms love takes in today’s world.
“Pookie” movie is RomCom. It’s shows the pain of love and value of the love. The movie is excellent treat to Romantic lovers in this Valentine’s Day. The movie is youthful one suits to watch by all the age group.
