Former Karnataka chief minister BS Yeddyurappa, who had quit the Karnataka BJP to launch his own party just over a year ago, will be going back to his parent party formally on Thursday. Yeddyurappa, the founder of the Karnatka Janata Party, will go to the BJP office to enlist as a primary member, along with many of his close aides and colleagues from the KJP.
Though he had announced a merger with the BJP last week and had given a letter to the Speaker about the two parties merging, he will formalise it by taking membership on Thursday.
