This year, the 7th Edition of Edison Awards gets bigger for its fascinating themes. The best among the films released between January 2013 and December 27,2013 will categorised under various criteria that includes Best Actors and Best Technicians.

The nomination list has been unveiled day before testerdayand the online voting will be open till February 5, 2014. Based on the voting statistics, the celebities will be honoured at the most glided awards ceremony that is scheduled February 16, Between 4 pm to 8.30 pm. The celebrities across the Tamil Film Industry and Dance artistes from Malaysia, Singapore and Canada will get you spellbound over their stunning perfomance.

The most celebrated icon of South Asia – Malaka Governor from Malaysia will gace over the occasion. Although, he belongs to this region, his fascination for Indian Cinema has been tremendous. It is evidently visible with his wonderful gesture of conferring DATO for Shahrukh Khan and Radharavi. Hemakes sure of rendering some classic songs of Puratchi Thalaivar MGR at every special occasion.

The Award ceremony will be held at Concert Hall in Lady Andal School at Chetpet, Chennai.
