Chennai, 19th November, 2014: In an effort to significantly elevate the delivery of world class diabetes services in the city, M.V. Hospital for Diabetes, Royapuram today opened its third centre in South chennai in Velachery, The other two centres are in Mylapore and Perungudi.

The Institute is by far one of the most comprehensive diabetes treatment centres in South India. The Clinic was formally launched in the presence of Mr. Gopu Rajgopal, Managing Director, Phoenix Market City, Ms. Jaya Pramila, SI (Velachery) along with Dr. Vijay Viswanathan, Head and Chief Diebetologist, M. V. Hospital for Diabetes, Royapuram.

The clinic will offer services including Diabetes Care and education, Diabetes Heart Evaluation, Diabetic Eye Care, Diabetes Neuropathy Clinic, Special diabetes counselling, Nutrition and diet counselling, Obesity and lifestyle counselling and Special yoga classes for diabetes and its complication.
